Ms. Omole began her career in real estate as a licensed New Jersey realtor and grossed over a million in residential sales with Weichert Realtors, a national real estate and brokerage firm. With 5 years experience in real estate, she was involved in a variety of transactions encompassing all property types throughout the United States, China, England and Nigeria. Before joining New Frontiers as a Managing Partner, Ms. Omole worked in Shanghai, China for CB Richard Ellis, a global leader in real estate services to provide market research, trade and tenant mix planning, and leasing strategy and implementation for regional and multinational clients. With a reputation for developing and maintaining strong business relationships; she worked in the retail and residential services groups to introduce and acquire new business with highly regarded companies such as The Children’s Place, Merck, Dupont, Giorgio Armani, The Shanghai Airport Authority, BestSeller, QuickSilver, LVMH, GlaxoSmithKline, Alfred Dunhill, Chanel, Christian Dior, and Smith & Nephew. Ms. Omole holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. Concentrating in finance, she is currently an M.B.A. candidate at Cornell University's Johnson School of Management.
