Founder/ Managing Partner
Mr. Geng is the founder of New Frontiers and leading the China team. He brings to New Frontiers 10 years of Chinese real estate experience in land acquisition, strategic planning, and project development. Though the years, Mr. Geng has worked with numerous developers of varying sizes. Before establishing New Frontiers, Mr. Geng served as Director of Planning & Development Division at Changning Subway Investment and Development Company in Shanghai. During that time, he was responsible for strategic planning, land acquisition, resident relocation, entitlement, fundraising, and project management. His team helped develop more than 11.2 million sq. ft. of properties including residential, offices, hotels, and shopping centers. Due to his outstanding performance, Mr. Geng was the only person in Shanghai to be honored as “Shanghai Key Project Merit Person” for three consecutive years. Mr. Geng holds Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University, an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from Tongji University in Shanghai, and a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Hohai University, Nanjing, China.
