Ms. Liu is the co-founder of New Frontiers and leading the US team. Ms. Liu started her career as a second generation broker at RE/MAX. When she was there, Ms. Liu had participated in over 1,125 commercial and residential real estate sales transactions. She also assisted U.S. and Canadian investors in purchasing commercial and residential properties in China including Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Kunshan, and Harbin. Ms. Liu has worked with domestic and international developers of all sizes including Trump International, MGM and ShiMao Group, the largest publicly traded real estate developer in China. In the past 5 years, Ms. Liu sold over 3 million square feet of properties, amounting to $1 billion in value. To enhance the service to her international investors, in 2006 Ms. Liu co-founded a property management company in Shanghai that specializes in servicing foreign investors. That same year, her achievement in the real estate industry led her to be honored as one of the “Top 30 Realtors under 30 Years Old” by the National Association of Realtors and her career has also been featured on Forbes. Ms. Liu holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell and a B.A. in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting from UCLA.
