Mr. Xing brings his extensive experience in construction management, land acquisition, budgeting, and marketing experience in Greater China to New Frontiers. In the past 7 years, Mr. Xing has developed over 5 million square feet of residential, office, and luxury hotel and golf resort valued at $200 million in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Before joining New Frontiers as a Managing Partner, Mr. Xing worked as a Project Acquisition Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Advisor in Shanghai. In 2006, while working at Citigroup Property Investors in Hong Kong, Mr. Xing helped structure real estate investment deals in China, Japan, and Malaysia. Mr. Xing holds Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University and a B.S. in Building Engineering from Tongji University.
