Penny Liu

 

Penny Liu obtained a Master in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor in Business-Economics from UCLA. Penny comes from a prominent family in the real estate industry and exhibited a natural talent at a young age. Penny has received numerous accolades stemming from her abilities to breakdown the perceived barriers in the real estate industry. As such, Penny has worked on residential and commercial real estate projects in Southern California, Las Vegas, New Orleans, China, and Columbia. In 2006, Penny was recognized by the National Association of Realtors as one of the Top 30 Realtors under 30 years old. As a rising star in the real estate industry, Penny's career has also been featured on Forbes Magazine.

  • China - Managing Partner of Journey Inn, an extended stay hotel with over a hundred bedrooms
  • Columbia - Worked with Ospinas, one of the biggest developers in Columbia, in analyzing their Free Trade Zone project at Bogota Airport
  • New Orleans - Worked with non-profit group Acorn, to redesign and rebuild the Lower Ninth Ward after Hurricane Katrina
  • Las Vegas - sold condotels at MGM and new condo conversions on the Strip
